Foundational Charter

Mission

The G.B. Neuro-Oncology Alliance is established to advance public awareness and understanding of brain metastases and a broad spectrum of neuro-oncology conditions. Its mission is to preserve, curate, and disseminate knowledge through clear, accessible, and ethically grounded education, supporting patients, families, and communities navigating complex neuro-oncological conditions. The Alliance is committed to fostering informed discourse, reducing stigma, and promoting a deeper societal appreciation of neuro-oncology through advocacy rooted in dignity, clarity, and compassion.

Vision

To be a lasting and trusted reference in neuro-oncology awareness and education, serving as a bridge between lived experience, public understanding, and academic inquiry. The Alliance envisions a future in which individuals affected by neuro-oncology conditions are met with both knowledge and humanity, and where its contributions serve as a meaningful resource for medical students, educators, and healthcare professionals.

It seeks to endure as a legacy institution - contributing to the preservation of understanding, the elevation of discourse, and the advancement of awareness across generations, while supporting a more informed and compassionate global approach to neuro-oncology.
